The Capitals side with jerseys from Ovechkin, Backstrom, Green, Fedorov, Jurcina and Brashear:

The Flyers side with jerseys from Richards, Gagne, Carter, Lupul, Timonen and Carle:

Kind of. The Parkhurst had a seperate COA card to it and was just dual sided. This one is a 4 page foldout. Never seen a card with 12 jerseys before.
