Need help with year, price and producer ...anyone have a clue?

I think it was one issued in 9 pocket pages back in the day

it looks like one of the early nineties company that came around for a few days then was gone.
Not a certified card by NFL or NFLPA

figured it wasn't certified ...but cool looking....maybe 90 or 91 .....

like Ultra Pro pages that you put in a binder, the knockoffs were called 9 pocket pages

I believe there were a variety of brands that put out pages, and you would get 1 or 2 cards per 10 pages or whatever they were packaged as, I remember them late 80's to early 90's

on the same order as the broder cards I believe they called them ....so many made back then, but no info on them now ....
