Eli Manning threw three touchdown passes before leaving in the fourth quarter Sunday with a bruised heel, and the unbeaten New York Giants coasted, 27-16 over the winless and hapless Kansas City Chiefs.

He seemed to be favoring his right leg moments before throwing a quick out to Hakeem Nicks, which this year's first-round draft pick turned into a 54-yard scoring play for a 27-3 lead with about 11 minutes left.
