I saw a card I wanted from that site, and wanted to make an offer. But in order to make an offer you have to put money into your account. So I put how much I wanted to offer on it into my account, and I submit my offer. Apparently you can only offer at 1/2 of the asking price or higher. I didnt know this, so I decided to request a refund. Its been 3 days and still nothing. So my paypal is at zero and my checkoutmycards account is at zero. WTF? I hate you CMC!

Did you send them an e-mail or call? They are pretty responsive about getting back to people.

Call them. They'll probably take care of it. Granted it shouldn't require a call, but it should work.
