Miami Dolphins linebacker Channing Crowder expects to play against the New York Jets on Sunday, despite a knee injury that limited his practice time this week.

"I'll play this week," Crowder said Friday. "I'll be out there. I feel 100 percent today."

Crowder sat out Sunday's 38-31 win at Kansas City. He and cornerback Will Allen, who hurt his groin against the Chiefs, both were on the field for practice Friday. They participated in individual drills Thursday, after missing practice the previous day.

"They look OK, I think, today. They did a little bit more," Dolphins coach Tony Sparano said. "We'll have to see how it goes tomorrow."

The Dolphins (10-5) will win the AFC East if they beat New York.

"This week, I've got to get out there," Crowder said. "It's really our first playoff game. It's funny how the AFC worked out, but if we lose we're done. If we win, we're going to the playoffs. So it's the first round of the playoffs for us, and I want to be out there. I want to help the team."
