Okay, this may seem strange, and at first I thought the guy was feeding me a line of bull, but...
When we won the Verlander Jersey Card at the Card Show, they also presented us with a Champagne Cork and a flier explaining how to go on-line and check the status of the cork. The cork has an "Authentication Hologram" on it. We followed the instructions and went to mlb.com/authentication... entered the codes... and here's the pictures and information:
By-the-way...Detroit Eliminated the Yankees in Game Five... 3 - 2.
HAS ANYONE ELSE RAN ACROSS ANYTHING LIKE THIS? IT IS GOING INTO A DISPLAY CASE AND GOING UP ON THE MAN CAVE'S WALL! :woohoo:
