The New York Post reported that the M's sent Lee and reliever Mark Lowe to Texas for first baseman Justin Smoak and three minor-leaguers.


My Rangers pre-season prediction actually has some chance of happening. :shock:

Texas gave up a lot. They need to make some noise in the playoffs (of course, they have to make the playoffs first) for this not to totally backfire.
