CGA Golf Cards

Anyone ever seen a CGA (Celebrity Golf Association) card?

I have one of Elway from Caesars Tahoe and its from a set called "Heavy Hitters". On back it shows card #5 and has a line for an autograph.

Just wondering if anyone has seen one. If so, I'm trying to find out what year its from and what other cards are in the set.
