CardCasePro order problem

So I placed an order of 25 windowed bags in cardcasepro.com two weeks ago and nothing has happened, they havent sent anything and they wont answer anything for my messages ive sent to their customer service email. Anyone else ordered from them lately and anyone else faced same problems?

I have not, but that's a hassle, sorry. Hopefully they will get back to you soon, keep after customer service, maybe persistence will win them over!
