I have a Dontari Poe from gridiron football it looks like this http://www.ebay.com/itm/DONTARI-POE...1073898292?pt=US_Football&hash=item19dc852f34 but instead of the design is a O and its 9/25 does that make any difference in the value? thanks

Not as far as I'd be concerned. I guess it would be if it were the only O on eBay and someone really wanted it to match up with their X. But then again, the same can be said for the other. Those are just the Xs and Os parallels, and while there are instances where there are more than 1 of the other, I'd say if the numbering is the same on both of them then the value is no different.
