Baseball can anyone help me out with this card??

Its a 2005 upper deck reflections ken griffey jr./alex rios dual auto/99.
I dont know the bv and i dont collect baseball at all.
If someone could please help me on this it would be greatly appreciated.
Someone told me it was 25$ and that just seems really low for a griffey dual auto but maybe im wrong. I think they were just trying to low ball me.

yes, i saw one just like this end for 70 and it just seemed really low for 25$ bv. maybe it is though, i have no clue lol

i was helping a friend out with his quinn collection. I had a aspire quinn auto(50sv) and he offered me that and i accepted it just to help him out and i live 10 mins from cincy so it could go in the PC.
