Are the blasters you get at walmart really worth the price? I havent bought one in a while but seen some topps chrome. What do you think

typically, I think it's like any other box. 95% of the time you're gonna lose money on your break. But if you pull something nice you'll be ok.
And at only $20 or so, it's a lot less of a risk.

with Topps Chrome you'll definitely get some RCs and some parallels, and if you get lucky with a good RC parallel it'd be worth it

I agree with them. I recently bought a box of 2010 Topps UFC series 4 from walmart and I got 4 inserts that are 1:6 packs 1 insert that is 1:3 packs and a Anderson Silva Fight Mat gold /188 which is 1:320 packs. By the way there was only 5 packs in that box. So sometimes you catch the good end of the stick (like I did on that box) and sometimes you get the bad end. But its better to buy a blaster box and not get anything good than buying a hobby box and not getting anything good.
