I have never done something like this. So if its againts TOS please let me know. I just thought it fun.

I have 30 presealed envelopes. In each one will be one or more of the cards shown in the pics. The cost is $2.50 and will be shipped in the envelope you pick. Some people may get bonuses, Some may even recieve Cash bonuses. Take a chance. I would like to make this fun so I can keep doing them. Thanks for your time and the read.

I am not a baseball guy but those cards look great to me
I think this could be a hit if run properly. Unless they are rubbish cards but I wouldn't have a clue lol

My only concern is that the member is not verified. This is a big question IMO

I would suggest we have a thread where all the recipients list the cards they got from him so we can ensure that the cards being sent out are the cards listed so he can't pull a fast one on us

I agree! The problem you face if you allow this is that others who try to do pack sales in the future will complain if you allow this to go forward. Even though what people will get is posted upfront, I just don't see much of a difference between this, and pack sales done by non-mods. Intentions are good, but I just don't see how we can let this run. I won't object, but I'm not for this, especially from a newer, non-verified member with no feedback here on the site. I'd be happy to err on the side of caution with this for now.

we've disallowed this before, but at least he posts pictures of what will be in there. I think it would be good if mods could run this instead..

Here's an idea. Since its a new member who isnt yet verified how about he sends a deposit to the Admin. He's got 30 envelopes at $2.50 a piece so thats $75.00 if my math is right. This member does have excellent ebay feedback so that speaks for something. This member's intentions seem good so how about a deposit of $20 to be refunded when all participants have recieved their packages? In other words, he sends to everyone and he gets his $20 back and starts a good reputation on this board.

The problem with allowing this member to sell these - is we have a site policy that only moderators are allowed to sell boxes, packs, grab packs, etc.

If we allow this member to sell these, we are opening our selves to many more members wanting to do this.

There are just too many uncertains with these types of packs.

I say no.
