1963 Post CFL Bill Burrell - I've been looking for one of these in nice condition for a long time now, ever since I started my Illinois PSA set. This one isn't in super-great condition, but it's the best I've found yet. After I trim off the excess around the border, it will hopefully get at least a 4, won't be greater than a 5.
