No still hasn't paid. I can file a NPB after 4 days correct? Then how long do I have to wait to relist it?
NPB after 96 hours and then i believe he has 3 or 4 to pay, if he responds via ebay message before that you can close it on him though :shifty:
when the new policy goes in after 48 hours you will be able to file NPB
if you end up filing on him let me know his ID so i can block him :salut: as i have the strictest base bidding settings in place that ebay allows, and then for the frequent lowballers, slow/no pay get blocked, dumb questions get blocked...all that fun stuff from idiots
