8/6/09 - Tigers vs. Orioles (wish me luck!)

After our last run in I'm going to try again, being hopeful for some more luck this time around. I also have a good reason to go to this game. (Neither Inge's will be available, but an Everett could be.)

I dealt for a couple Fu-Te Ni cards, so I hope they come in tomorrow. I wouldn't mind if even half those guys are signing Thurs. (Porcello starts, so no go there)

Wish me luck, because it's a hit or miss approach when I try this stuff.

Today was not as plentiful as last time, but had better success than before!

Players signing I missed:
Edwin Jackson - he saw the crowd coming after starting and went "oh crap". Then he signed really fast and kind of scurried, so you had to be lucky.
Fernando Rodney
Carlos Guillen - not much
Placido Polanco - not much

The signing after the game was quite unorganized, but that happens when you sell 1,000 tickets for the event. People cutting and wrapped the line around a couple times!
