Let me know if you can use 2 on the same purchase, or if you have to make separate purchases. I have a buying account and selling account, so I could buy 2, but don't want to unless I can use 2 on one item. The only thing I am looking at buying anytime soon is a loop pedal for my guitar. Used goes for around $100, so I could save myself $16 if I can use 2.

Not sure. I know it doesn't cover service fees. I don't know if shipping is considered a service fee, or if that only applies towards selling fees.

It's just a gift code #, you can apply it when you are checking out on any transaction. They just mean you can't pay seller fees with it.
