2021 Heritage Question

Can anybody give me some information here as to why in the 2021 heritage set the 1972 Die-cuts 72DC-19 Mountcastle has been removed from some checklists? that card is almost impossible to find as i have been searching for it because it's the lone card i need to finish the set. Is it his health? Is he still in Baseball?
I know it was produced because i've seen it but only for a short time and in beckett CL they have removed 72DC-19 and i seen one CL that had mookie betts as #19.
Just don't make much sense that they would remove an insert card and have his regular base cards still on CL.
Anyone have any input here? How about a double that your willing to trade. LOL

I have two I've never found myself
2003 Hot Prospects Playergraphs Vernon Wells Auto /400 (was later removed from the checklist)
2001 Fleer Autographics Pedro Martinez Auto, either in base, serial number to 250 or gold number to 50 version. Never have seen one.

I can't remember for sure but in 21 when the set came out i could have swore i seen one on COMC but the price was crazy because it is a RC? card if i'm correct and thats the reason i held off. If other members say it was never produced then i'll have to roll with that and hope you guys don't steer me wrong because i'm going to the set now and write a note so when my grandson gets these when i'm gone he's not chasing DC-19.
