Pack Pull 2014 Valor

While at the LCS I aslo saw the new Valor cards. I figured that I would give them a try since they were only $5 per pack and I bought 5 packs. I know that some do not like these cards but I have always thought that the design was pretty cool and here is this year's design

I did pull some good base like Peyton Manning along with a few Speed variations. Then I got to this one a VALOR variation of Andrew Luck /99

The I proceeded to pull 3 of the 4 Hits from the box

Russell Wilson 3-Color Patch /99

Davonte Freeman 3-Color patch Auto Speed Variation /99

I then went and bought a lottery ticket!

I like the full photo of the athlete on the jersey card, but it reminds me of Crown Royale or whatever from a few years ago...and aren't the base cards from that sort of thick? I haven't busted any of them, but for some reason I think they are thick...maybe that is just the hits though...

They are thick but not like in previous years. This year they have gone to hobby boxes of 20 packs, while in previous years this product a pack to a box, extremely high end.

Busted a couple topps mega boxes that had 2 packs of valor each in them. ended up with Cody Latimer patch and Jarvis Landry auto for hits.

So while out Christmas shopping earlier in the week I ended up at my LCS some how and I picked up a few more packs of Valor since I had such good luck last time. I got a Sheldon Richardson numbered to 99 and these 2 hits
