Racing 2013 Showcase "Blue"

As if there wasn't enough confusion between hobby and retail, Press Pass also produced "Blue" cards for the dealer incentive program (Base cards #/25 or less for the set as well as some of the memorabilia cards and the Showroom cards #/40.)

The Blue cards are starting to show up on eBay.

It don't agree with all of the incentive stuff just gets to be too much as you said.
But as long as people will spent the $$$ the companies with continue to churn out as much as they can to make profit.
