K Brandon Coutu signed by Seattle giving us two young kickers
DL Junior Siavii resigned
OL Tyler Polumbus resigned
DL Brandon Mebane resigned

In addition, Tatupu was released.

The Eagles have made offers to Randy Moss even after he claimed he retired. In other reports, however, he has already filed his retirement papers. But other players in the past have done the same thing, and still tried coming back.

I read that Moss had multiple offers and decided to retire anyway. I think he is finished.
