First off, the rant I have. I don't like telling guys how to raise their kid, but this guy was wrong IMO. I love teenage kids who collect, I like hooking them up when I get the chance. I remember when I was one, and always wished I got helped out sometimes.
Anyways, I watched this 13-14 year old kid bust a box of trilogy and lose his butt. So we decided to do some dealing, and he wanted my 07/08 SPX Vince Carter Flashback Fabric Auto /25. I told him since you just got robbed, I'll give you a great deal. 20 bucks and it is yours.
He bought it. I wasn't worried about the money I lost on the card. However he had a Kevin Garnett Trilogy Jersey /50 I wanted. It booked 15 dollars. I asked what he wanted for it, and he said 15 dollars. I said, since I gave you such a great deal on that Carter, will you do 5 bucks? That's when his dad stepped in, and said the best he can do is 15 dollars. He watched the entire situation, watched how I hooked up his son, then still did that crap. I just said thank you and walked away.
I didn't have a lot of time to dig through boxes, but these are some of the deals I found. I wish I had more time, but I had a friend with me who is leaving the Marine Corps in 2 weeks, and he wasn't pro cards, as I am.
