At this point, as long as shipping is less than $3, I don't care how it gets to me as long as there is no damage to the card. It is absurd, though, that the standard for shipping a card has become $3, even with a bubble mailer, when the actual cost is closer to $1 than $2.

I don't receive PWE anymore. Act like you never received it and file a claim two weeks later. If he can't protect your card with a bubble mailer, you should screw him for not protecting himself with delivery confirmation.
