08 SPX FOOTBALL CASE BREAK---SHIPPED/ETC--& BUTLER won us a case!!!

Problem with doing Baseball or Basketball is the teams don't match up.... Someone would lose out on 1-2 of their spots. IMO 2008 SP Authentic is not a good team break product so we would possibly have to do a hit break. I don't collect Basketball really so I have no desire to do basketball. Lets be honest.... None of the products are GREAT.... If they were Blowout would not be over stocked with them and be able to give them for free.

I guess Butler needs to win the whole thing so we win the Equiste and the problem solved.

I see this as making the problem worse, only so many hits per box/case chances are high many won't get anything.

lol randomize the hits. 1 entry per team for each hit.

Our best option would be 2008 Score Select FB, everyone keeps their same teams as before. We 3 hits per box gives us 36 hits plus tons of parallel's.

The UD Philly cards just look lame. Only other option I would say could be good is 08-09 Press Pass Basketball, with a 16-Box Case and 5 Auto's/Box sounds pretty nice. 80 Hits not counting parallel's of any type.

I think too many are looking into this with $$$$ on their minds, these cases are low-end that Blowout is giving away. You have to just get in the mindset this is going to be fun busting a free case in a situation like this.

i figure its free so i won't complain either way. i do like having lots of hits regardless of what they are worth

I can't figure out why it is so complicated. This is a great thing that happened to all the members who took part in this group break. This is a luck of the draw gift. I think you guys should go after the product that has the most hits, and make so you get 1 hit for every team you had in the last break. If the case yeilds 100 hits, then thats 3 hits per team. With four to be randomed. Fairest way, everyone wins, and its all luck of the draw.

I could live with this too.... The hits sometime are pretty bad though.

2008 Masterpieces baseball (16 boxes) or 08/09 press pass basketball everyone who bought a spot gets a box

sp signature basketball (24 boxes) everyone who bought a spot gets a box (16 boxes), the remaining 8 gets randomized...

sp authentic baseball (12 boxes, 3 hits per box = 36 hits)...instead of a team break, it becomes a hit break...everyone will get 2 hits and the 4 left over can be randomized

tna wrestling (24 boxes, 3 hits per box = 72 hits) turns into a hit break, 32 slots, goes around twice = 64, randomize the final 8

sports legends (10 boxes, 4 hits per box = 40 hits) turns into a hit break, 32 slots, randomize the final 8

no problem there...we'll ahve to figure out how much (if its hits or boxes) to send him...

also, If there are extras to random off, I think Adam should get something for his hard work and getting us into the promo, as well as all the packaging, trips to the post office, extra strength tape on the mailers, etc

Great work breaking it down and coming up with ideas to break it.

I am telling you guys there is no need to worry we are getting exquiste. And I hope we are keeping the same teams and not changing them.
Pretty sure it was stated before the SPX break and I see a few people talking about changing the style of it?

But if we don't win which we will I choose SP baseball I need to recoup some costs from the painfull SPX break and none of those football products will help that.
