I am not an expert on hockey cards but reprint for sports cards generally means... print copies of the original.
I am a basketball guy so forgive me for using basketball as an example
For example...
Say a Topps vintage card from the 1970s is popular...
Topps might decide to reprint the SAME card next year (2010)
But it is really just a copy not an original and would fetch nowhere near the value of a genuine 1970s vintage.
A reprint by a sportscards company is NOT a fake/rip off copy.
Again I gotta tell ya... I know absolutely NOTHING about hockey cards let alone that card you mentioned!
