I think they're hiding in the same hole as the NYG fans who wanted Corey Webster released 3 months ago. ;)

Congrats and good luck!

Umm Eli still sucks :D But Plax is the man and has grown up much !

I still say the Giants win the SB too in spite of Eli ;) As long as he plays like the man he was yesterday.

Are you serious? I can see if he only threw 15-20 times in freezing weather and the running game won the game but that is not the case. The guy came out and threw FORTY passes(21-40 and there were 6 drops). He is having a tremendous postseason and WON the game for the Giants yesterday by being smart, poised and accurate when everyone thought he couldn't play in the cold against a really good Green Bay defense, on the road, against Brett Favre. He DOES NOT suck and I'm really happy for him that they've gotten this far. The media and fans in NY have beat the crap out of him for four years and put more pressure on him than any QB I can remember and you know what he did? He RESPONDED by bringing his team to the Super Bowl.

I don't think they have a very good chance of winning but I never thought they would be there but they are there and Eli was a major factor in them getting there. I have no expectations.

If you would have asked me at the start of the playoffs what team I thought was least likely to make it to the SB I would have said NY. It's amazing what they have accomplished to get there, the injuries they have struggled through. That a year ago they were running the coach out of town, marquee players dropping or trying to leave, a QB every called a bum and and bust in the making.

They deserve a lot of credit for their success through adversity.

I do not see them rolling over and getting mauled in the big game. They will put up a fight. Their chances to win may be slim but I look for a decent game at least.

Congrats Rob, Dave, Rima, Loghan and all you other Giants fans :salut:

When Plax is healthy and wants to play he plays like a top 5 WR. Try and outjump him, it doesn't look like it can be done. Beast

Eli showed poise and confidence I'll give him that, but a few good games won't erase everything that everyone thinks of him completely. A good performance (win or lose) in the SB might

Congrats on making the SB and putting together a hell of a road win streak :salut:

PS Why don't they play Bradshaw more???showed me more upside, burst, etc... than Jacobs

The guy has had more than a few good games in his career but has also had the bad ones.

As for the Jacobs/Bradshaw topic, I agree that he should get more playing time but did you happen to notice the pure power and punishing blows Jacobs was feeding that defense? Charles Woodson was a total non-factor after getting run over by Jacobs. He had a chance later in the game to tackle Jacobs at the line of scrimmage and he just lamely dove at his feet and Jacobs ran around his for a 10 yard gain. Jacobs also battered one of the linebackers and carried him 7 or 8 yards. I bet those hits don't feel very good in freezing weather. Then they bring in Bradshaw who is quick and shifty and it's a big chance of pace and it seems to work.

who was the little bity guy running with the ball for the Giants?? he's got some get up and scoot to him, maybe it's cause he's low to the ground and all the guys that were chasing him weighed 200lbs more than he did. i dig watching little running backs run for thier lives.

i have to admit, i'm not a giants fan, but they did play one hell of a game. i really thought GB was gonna win the game, but at the start of it when it looked like Favre and his receivers were colder than the Giants, i was changing my mind. GB was cold and slow (who wouldn't be at -23 and -24) but the Giants seemed to shake it off faster than GB. both teams played a good game.

glad i have 2 weeks to get used to rooting for giants. I might actually pull out my Manning jsy that was burried in the back of my closet and hasn't been worn in over a yr for the game.

I loathe Eli, Strahan needs to go to a dentist, Shockey needs to retire. This will never change regardless of outcome. Past the Raiders I cant think of a team I enjoy watching lose more.

That said, Coughlin has done a great job as this team does not have the talent of Dallas or Green Bay. His team is playing greater then its parts right now.

Congrats enjoy the Super Bowl, the pressure is on New England maybe they will crack :salut:

Just messing around :roflmao: if you remember any of my posts I actually like the guy as well as Rex Grossman. For me it's not about stats but about what I can see or THINK I see coming down the road. I'll never say Eli is gonna be like Peyton but I do think with the talent around him he will fare well in his career.

I've never hated on Eli. I was rooting for him against the Bucs and the Cowboys. It's just that the Giants came up against the Pack, and my favorite player is Brett Favre.

I will be rooting for the Giants to win the SB. When I go to Vegas this weekend, I'll bet on it too. :)

The Giants still suck. With all the smack talk you would think they aready won the SB...:roflmao: Will be very quiet in here next week if they lose...:roflmao::roflmao:

I absolutely 100% disagree with this statement.
