Not really fair to compare sentences as these are all independent events. He r'cd what he was in line for for the crimes he committed, remember these are new statutes they are going after people with. And as mentioned, lying about his **** tests results to the judge (apparently told probation people he took it 2 months before tests, told fbi he took it day before) helped give him more. Also, I believe it is 3 years not 3 months probation.... or 24 dog years :shifty:
Serving 23 months means he won't be out pending good behavior or act of bush until October of 2009, at which point he will meet with the NFL. So at best he is looking at a 2010 return to the league, after three years off.
