Upper Deck used my idea

Back in early 2006, when I was getting into PS, I submitted the pictures below to Upper Deck. I thought it would be a good idea for a set. 4 years later, they finally used it. This was even before Topps started doing a lot of booklets, and before they were popular.

Its a fad, much like the lettermen. It will die out in a couple years.

Nope. Back then, they had a disclaimer that all rights would be revoked and UD would have ownership of the idea.

I like Letterman since they are able to spell names and are unique. Booklets are cool, but you can't really display or protect them.
