Tigsfan is having all sorts of issues with this guy not completing a deal on another website.

I'm placing him on MSF. This kid (15) needs to know not to jerk people around.

He was a big time poster at CCW when it opened. The kid has a big mouth, but there was never a trade problem with him there. If that's the site where this problem is, I can contact the Dispute manager there and get the info.
