Thoughts on the condition of this?

I would agree with Rex . But you could tell the guy your going to get it graded on the next day turn around and if it comes back altered or anything you want your money back for grading and the card ? Just a thought .
 
I'm thinking that you would be alright on your centering....but the surface looks pretty beat up....that's probably where it would get you!!!
 
What Mike said, with a card of that caliber that looks that sharp on the edges and corners, you have to question why it's not graded in the first place, and without seeing it in person, that's a big risk.
