(*) Points will be awarded following the conclusion of the 2009 World Series
(#) Points will be awarded following the 2009 MLB All-Star Game
(@) Points will be awarded within a week following the date of the statistical accomplishment (All statistical leader awards will be based on MLB minimum appearance qualifications)

if someone goes on a hitting streak their card will get expensive

keep in mind a point is factored at $1, but you can frequently get $1.25-$1.50 per when trading/selling

the thing is, the points will be awarded within a week, so im not sure how that will work, but if a guy gets a 15 game hitting streak going id expect that card to get up to around $10 just on speculation...i think the idea will be to buy and hold hoping...instead of buy and flip...ill have to start stocking up on money to buy IPOs...should be lots of points...
