Fans eager for a piece of Texas Stadium bid on lockers, flags, vehicles and even urinals from the soon-to-be-former home of the Dallas Cowboys this weekend.

The Dallas Morning News, in its online edition Monday, reported more than $245,000 was spent on memorabilia from the stadium. Bidding started Nov. 17 and ended Saturday, with more than 470 items sold.

Auctioneer Dan Rosenthal said some stars, which line the field, sold for as much as $1,300 apiece. An American flag hanging in the stadium went for $850, a Cowboys helmet golf cart sold for $12,500 and the door to the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders' room sold for $5,050.

Winning bidders will get certificates of authenticity for the items when the season ends.

The Cowboys' new stadium in Arlington will open next season.
