sold an item to 0-feedback

I put an item on eBAY with a higher-than-average buy-now price or "best offer." I expected a decent offer & I'd take it. Someone hit the buy-now price & it was someone with zero-feedback. He paid paypal, I shipped with delivery confirmation, but I still feel queezy. Should I? Or should I just be happy?
