Small ebay buyer issue...

OK so i sold some CD's that i had extras of on ebay. I only sell in the US and Canada usullay. Well a guy in Austrailia wanted the CD for a dencet amount so i sold them to him.
He asked to only send the booklets and the CD's as it would cost to much w/ the Cases. I did so with no issues. Today i get a ebay message saying he got the CD's in great condition and happy how i packed them but wants the CD liners. Or a FULL refund. It says in my auction NO refunds item as is. I told him what was going and he said fine.
He never asked for the liners before and now i'm afraid he will just try to get a refund from paypal. I am pretty sure i dont have the liners and think i am about to get screwed out of the CD's and the money what should i do?

I would normaly just say sorry no reunds and deal with a negitive if he gives one but with the way paypal works these days i'm am pretty much screwed i think if he files a claim. :ban:

...no clue...and cd cases arent that expensive to send in the first part...

i dont deal with anything but US unless its to a Kelly in Canada or Paul in England unless they pay CASH...no overseas paypal

yea i think i am gonna learn the hard way. He asked for no cases and to put it in one of thoes USPS 12.95 envelopes up to 4 lbs. So i did and now this.:doh:

I have no cash in my paypal but am about to have a decent amount put in from a sale on monday or tuesday....... I am so stressed now.

- what happened to the liners & cases after that is not of his concern, one would think most would trash them since they are no longer of use to them.

Think my wife tossed them. So yea they are more than likly gone. THink the message may be gone too looked in my ebay messages and nothing thier.

so now Paypal has put a hold on my account till this is settled. The guy wont even let me look for the cd backs now and now my acct is negitive 63 bucks.
So ticked right now its not funny.

do you have the old messages from him ? Or tell him to ship the items back and you'll refund him? Paypal won't refund him until he returns items atleast

He wont communicate with me anymore. I have a few messages from him gonna call them now and see what they say.

Sucks the guys being a douche and unfortuatly Paypal basically will side with the buyer. The only thing you can really do is tell them you will give them a refund once he ships back the Cd's. It sucks, but hopefully it will make him drop the claim, because if you offer the refund paypal should side with you if he won't return them.

Yea i called paypal and feel better about this. The guy now has 10 days to send it back to me w/ tracking. If i dont get it or no update then it goes my way and he can NEVER open this again. So we will see. Just sucks that i have to deal w/ this a hole.

he finaly got back to me and said as long as i refund him he wont pursue any farther.
