Yep one of my favorite cards but I have to get rid of everything. We are trying t buy a house and I have to get 3% for a downpayment or we can not get the loan we need. So I a getting rid of everything and will have to start from scratch in 6 months or so I guess. It sucks but it will be worth it to have our own house and instead of paying 400 in rent we will be paying 200 in a house payment.

Where are you getting such a great deal? I'm trying to get a house too. Don't forget bro, there is a homebuyer credit this year. Its an $8000 refundable credit and the only caveat is you have to stay in that house for 3 years. Most mortgage companies are finding a way to 'loan' you the $8000 since you don't get the credit until you file your 2009 tax return.

I am buying a house here in Trona it is a ran down town and the house needs alot of work which is why I have to put down 3% so that I can add to the loan a extra 10K for house upgrades it needs. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bath with a really nice sized yard it will be great for us right now until Neo is in highschool at least which is 8 years from now buy then I think i can have the house paid off!! I hope I get it.

Sorry vets but after laughing a little I said he is the backup QB and was really good in college..won the heisman and everything. Her response almost killed me....

Good luck with the house did almost the samething a few years back,and for the Harleys but look I'm back,have bikes and 3 more years and my house is paid off,1 daughter just moved out and Steve will be gone,just started remodeling. In 3 more years kids all graduated,all the bills paid off & the only thing I will owe is taxes:dance: You won't regret it.:salut:
