Note the sterling black being unc. are very easy grades. everyone i graded is a 9.5

Doesn't mean that whoever gets it will want it graded. Many collectors don't go for that. To ask that high a price for something that "could possibly" get graded high doesn't wash.

i have a show this week that has bgs doing raw card review. i grade 100s of cards a year i am pretty sure of this cards conditions

2 base chromes of braun are pending

Not my point - you're trying to sell based on what may happen in the future. Say I'm interested in this card, but I don't care about grading. Why would I pay $800 for a $40 BV card that won't get graded? I haven't looked, but I would be surprised if a 9.5 of this card would fetch $800 anywhere else (read: ebay). You can charge whatever you like, I'm just saying to go that high is what skewers the market and ultimately, the card trading industry as a whole.
