How do I insert a picture?

you can either click the PHOTO picture above where you post and insert the pic url there... OR

you can type

(no spaces)

But when I do that it just takes it to the link to the pic

fixed it for you

PB was giving you a bad link....so just go to your main football folder and then put your mouse over the pic you want (don't click) - when you do, you get the choices below the pic - copy the bottom one (IMG) here.
