Baseball Peavy on his way to the White Sox

According to SI.com's Jon Heyman, the White Sox and Padres have agreed to a trade centered around Jake Peavy.

The White Sox will send four prospects to San Diego. Peavy has a full no-trade clause in his current contract with San Diego, however, and must first approve the deal. It's long been assumed that he prefers the National League, but most insider sources seem to think he'll accept the move. Plenty more details to come. May. 21 - 10:26 am et

Wow,he clearly wants no shot at pitching for a contender

I like this rejection because it means no Peavy for the Tigers! I can see where he's coming from though. A fly ball pitcher (Peavy) in a home run hitter's park (White Sox) for a majority of his starts equal a potential disaster.
