Pat White mail - ebay error

Bought 3 Pat White Topps Magic including black border and auto. Two weeks later the seller sent me 3 Pat White Topps Rc cards. Not best pleased! Have e-mailed and shall ensure I either get my cards or paypal refund. Hopefully just a simple error.
