Got my Frank Thomas NNOF re-slabbed:
BGS customer service was awesome there. I walked up to the counter, showed them the card, and the guy was like, "No problem, just give me a second." He took the card, walked in back, and after about two minutes he came back out and handed it back to me in a new slab. Didn't cost me anything and I didn't have to wait to get it back. And on an even better note, no damage to the card!!! I couldn't be happier!!
