I guess they think this will draw out the BEST offer (ie highest) which means more fees.

I would think this would mean less fees for eBay. My selling strategy is if I get two offers including one that I would take, I counter the lower one a chunk higher than the other good one.....sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't....but I'm going to take a wild guess here and think that I'm not the only one who does this.

Where you can enter comments. Just tell them what you will accept and they will have to just resubmit their offer
