Baseball My UD Redemption Rant & I'm getting angry!!!

I redeemed in April a 2007 UD 1st Edition RC set (which I've heard nothing about who's in it). I thought I wouldn't have a problem, well I was wrong.

In June, somebody hacked my account sucessfully because I was on UD Kids with a Top 5 point total! He changed the password & information so that Klark James has complete control on the account. I e-mailed them after telling me that asking about what will happen to my redemption. I also told them to lock the account until resolved. They said to scan the redemption card for proof & that I may get my account back. I've been doing this since June 18th & have heard NOTHING SINCE! I've sent about a hundred scans of the card. I told them that I got my original regestration e-mail & if I should forward it to them. STILL NOTHING!

I hate UD & this was only my first redemption ever.
 
I had to report them to the BBB, and after I done that they kissed my ... until I was satisfied...

That might be an option Zack. If you need any help with that let me know.

rynesandbergfan23: That's the other way that I've seen people go, but I'll call them first & listen to "Joe" that sounds like he's from Pakistan but claims to be from the U.S. for a long time & knows very little English. I'll just record it first for more "proof";) .

I have filed a complaint to UD with the local BBB. I get all that blahdy blah about what they will do to UD to get what I want. I bet you that UD takes these to the trash when they get them, or take longer than their redemption process to send a reply.:rolleyes:
 
Zack, when I went through the BBB, I was contacted with-in 3 days by UD. I received my replacement with in a couple of weeks.

UD tried to tell me that I needed to let the BBB know my claim was handled satisfactory before I received, I told them I wouldn't until I received my replacement. That might of been the reason I received so quickly.
 
Hey man, sorry bout the mishap. I redeemed in February '07 I had to change my address due to moves. They claim that the card was redeemed and sent. It never showed up and after several numerous attempts they claimed it was sent and that they are not responsible for the loss.

Your "Friend" that you told me about wants to have a phone discussion with me about it.
