Football Marshawn Lynch suspended for 1st 3 games

ESPN's Michael Smith reports that Marshawn Lynch has been suspended three games to open the season for violating the league's conduct policy.

Lynch is being punished for his February arrest on a misdemeanor gun charge. An official announcement could come as soon as Thursday. Lynch is expected to appeal, which could reduce the ban to 1-2 games. Brandon Marshall was suspended three games last year and had it reduced to one. Apr. 8 - 11:16 pm et

I'm okay with 3 games considering it was a felony gun posession charge which goes along with his hit and run before last season started...personally, i think he needs a bit of growing up to do, and maybe this suspension will open his eyes a bit.

i think he shouldve gotten a longer one Steve smith gets 2 for fighting with a team mate so i was thinking 4-8
