Nice break. Not to sound like a know it all but missing a hit in a box happens. Unfortunately they are not going to do anything about it because you can't really prove you did or didn't recieve a hit.

I have been shorted a few times on 2008 SP authentic. Missed out of a auto jersey card a few times. Its not fun when that is the main hit in the box and it is not there.
