I'll go to France and check on the one guy let me know how it goes it the Phillipines when you check on the other.

I am not trying to put my nose in here but....
All packages sent to and from Philippines late July/early August are taking 6-10 weeks to arrive. It is happening all over and on other boards too.
The normal delivery time is 2-3 weeks.
If you think the MSF should stay then go for it but packages from Philippines from that time frame are starting to arrive on other boards.
If the cards still don't turn up after a few MORE weeks, please let me know because I have other ways to follow up on this member.

sorry wasnt aware that he was from the Phillipines, I simply got a message from the member and acted.... I just wanted to get a MSF in place while investigating.... THANKS for the info HANDS!
