Baseball Late 80's Early 90's Help (Baseball players)

Can someone help me with the following players?

Is Ruben Amaro the Phillies GM the same guy who played for them in the early 90's?

Is Billy Beane (Oakland A's GURU) the same guy who was on the 1989 Topps #1 draft pick card?

Is Ken Williams (GM of the White Sox) the same guy who played for them in the late 80's?

I have found my answer to Amaro (which is Yes) and Williams (Yes) but I have yet to find out about Billy Beane

The 1989 Topps draftee was Bill Bene, not Billy Beane. Beane played for the Mets, Tigers, Twins and A's, though and had a few cards in 1987. Not to be confused with Billy Bean who also played around the same time for the Dodgers & Padres.

I think he has a 88 Topps Tigers card as well.
