Just sw in his sig where if he hasnt traded with someone he is going to make them send first? He can't do that correct if both parties are verified members?

i would be SHOCKED if he did that with a VERIFIED member... I think he means ALL other memebers.... he has een here a LONG time and has NEVER had an issue... I don't see this as a problem with him
