I think the Pats won Super Bowls 36, 38, and 39. Faulk may have signed this before the most recent Bowl win.

Recieved it today, it's a really nice photo. Said it came with a CoA though, which it didn't. Oh well. Here's a scan. It's not the exact same one scanned though. Spots are on scanner.
