If Gregg Williams is not offered the head coaching position he automatically gets $1M. If we hire anyone outside of the current coaching staff, both Williams & Saunders will certainly leave, house will be cleaned & we will have to begin re-building all over again. The one thing the Skins have lacked since our last Super Bowl in 1991, is consistency. I have said it a million time, it will be a gigantic ##$@$%% mistake to hire anyone outside of our current coaching staff!
