he agreed to send first, nearly 4 weeks, still nothing. He's already on a MSF here, not sure what more can be done!

I see he was on ozcards 6 days ago ? And he still didn't contact you ?.

I don't think i have ever traded with him anywhere but if he's doing this then there is no place for him here as far as i'm concerned.

he contacted me 4 weeks after seeing if I got it, butnever seemed concerned that I didn't.
